Frequently Asked Questions

What photo paper do you use?

All prints are printed on Epson Premium Luster 260 Photographic Paper which is a heavy bright white resin-coated photographic paper with a luster E finish. The weight is 260 gsm with 10 mil thickness. The paper is engineered to offer an extremely wide color gamut, with maximum ink coverage and a high D-Max, for a true photographic reproduction.

Can I order a different print size than what is on the website?

Yes! We are happy to work with you to create the exact product and size you need. Please contact us with the print size, border or no border, mat size or no mat and frame you would like and we will get back to you with a quote and steps to submit payment.

Will my print look the same as it does in the pictures on the website?

The photograph will look the same, however due to your screens calibration, colors and brightness may vary slightly. Also depending on the size of the print you order the image may be cropped to fit.

The frames used in some samples images is not representative of exactly what you will receive. Please see our framing guide for images of the exact colors and sizes.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once an order has entered production, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Your order may enter production anywhere from 1 to 24 hours after the order is placed.

If you must cancel, reach out as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. If we are able to cancel it we can only offer a refund in store credit.

Why is framing so expensive!?

We know, framing can get pricey. The cost of custom sized materials and the nature of the work being done by hand contribute to the cost of framing.

We believe art should be accessible to everyone and encourage self framing as a way to stay within your budget.

For those that do want to purchase a frame through us, we wanted to offer the highest quality we could, so we partnered with the best, .

How can I frame your prints myself?

There are several affordable frame options that will work great, we recommend West Elms line of gallery frames. Target and Michaels also have some good options.

You can also use a store bought frame with a custom mat, sized specifically for your print size and inner frame dimensions. We recommend for affordable mats in all sizes.
