Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Wayne Ford Studio offers complimentary standard shipping on every U.S. order. No minimum purchase is required.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Production & Shipping Times

Print Only Photography
Print Only photography orders are produced to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Framed Photography
Framed photography is made to order and typically ships within 3–12 business days. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.

Small Print Sets, Posters & Publications
In-stock Studio items are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Any different timeframe will be noted on the individual product page.

Orders containing multiple products or product types may be produced and fulfilled separately and can arrive in multiple shipments.

Packaging

Photography prints up to 11×14 are generally shipped flat. Larger Print Only sizes are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

Framed photography is securely packaged for transit and may ship separately from other items in your order.

Publications, posters, Small Print Sets and other printed works are packaged according to their size and format to help ensure they arrive safely.

International Shipping

Wayne Ford Studio offers flat-rate international shipping based on order value:

Orders under $150: $35
Orders $150–$399.99: $50
Orders $400+: $100

International shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.

Please allow approximately 6–18 business days for international transit after your order ships. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. Production time is additional for made-to-order photography prints and framed photography.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for many U.S. orders as a paid upgrade at checkout.

Expedited shipping applies to shipping transit time only and does not shorten the production time for made-to-order photography prints or framed photography. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact the Studio before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged artwork or item, the exterior of the shipping package, and the interior packaging.

Contact wayne@waynefordstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you and, when applicable, our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact the Studio with your order number and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact the Studio as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.
